WHY I BUILT SIGNALWATCH

I spent years working in supply chain, planning, materials and operations. Over time, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Experienced people were pulling reports, maintaining spreadsheets, comparing information, following up on exceptions and checking again the next day. The processes usually worked, but they often worked because someone was constantly paying attention to them.

That stuck with me.

The people who understand a business should be spending more of their time acting on problems, not finding them.

SignalWatch grew from that idea: build systems that quietly monitor recurring work, detect when something needs attention, surface the relevant information, and leave the judgment with the person who understands the situation.
